Association of Official Seed Analysts.

The Association of Official Seed Analyst (AOSA) is an organization of member laboratories dedicated to education and research, including state, federal, and university laboratories from the United States and Canada.

AOSA formally organized in Washington D.C. in 1908, developing rules and procedures for seed testing and the standardization of their interpretation (in conjunction with the Federal Seed Act)

Society of Commercial Seed Technologists.

The Society of Commercial Seed Technologists (SCST) is an organization of professional seed technologists dedicated to research, proficiency and improvement in seed testing from private, and company laboratories across the United States and Canada.

SCST originated in 1922, largely as a liaison between The Association of Official Seed Analysts (AOSA) and The American Seed Trade Association (ASTA).

We’re excited to announce a contest for the new AOSA-SCST logo!

Submissions are open until December 31st, and you can enter multiple designs. The final vote will take place in 2025.

Logos should be clear at 1 inch when printed and can be in color, but you must include a black/blue and white version as well. Ensure your work is original to avoid copyright issues.
