Webinar/Workshop Post Requests

1. Webinars and workshops posting requests with the approval of an AOSA/SCST committee (i.e., Teaching & Training & Continuing Education) shall be submitted a minimum of 30 days in advance. Posts will be online within 7 days of finalizing the request.
2. Advertisements for webinars and workshops NOT approved by an AOSA/SCST committee or any company or individual charging a fee for participation, will incur a fee of $150 per post. Requests for posting must be made 30 days in advance. Posts will be online within 7 days of finalizing the request.
3. Priority will be taken on a first come first served basis.  However, if a rush posting is desired and it can be accommodated, there will be a $50.00 fee for prioritization in addition to the posting fee IF the request has NOT been approved by an AOSA/SCST committee.
4. ALL advertising requests MUST send exactly the needed/wanted content in a Word or PDF document or as a picture format, JPG File.
