Mission Statement

Commitment to ethical professional conduct is expected of every member in The Society of Commercial Seed Technologists. Society members shall be dedicated to maintaining the highest level of proficiency, professional competence, and ethical standards in both the process and products of their professional work. SCST members shall promote seed research, education, improvement of seed testing protocols, and shall abstain from conduct that is harmful to the Society’s values and goals.
