There was a modification made to the 2020 Rule Proposal 21 in late April of last year, this is the version that is posted on analyzeseeds.com. It seems that the old version of this proposal was printed by mistake in the 2022 version of the Rules vol. 1. The proposal is the corrected and should be referenced when using the Interpolation Formula.
